The motorhome front is just covered with smashed bugs!!!!
Covered!!On the trip from Salome to Yuma Lakes CRA park we encountered many, many grasshoppers & butterflies. This must have been the day, Mar. 15th that nature exploded on us. The front of the motorhome is just plastered with smashed grasshoppers and Monarch Butterflies. Migrating north & thousands chose this route. Not good for them!!! Hundreds met there waterloo on that day, not only from my motorhome but by passing vehicles in general. I glanced at windshields of oncoming vehicles and one would wonder how they could see. Big yellow sploches covered the front of every vehicle we saw. And when we got to out destination, it took some elbow grease and lots of soap and water to remove the mess created from the front of the motorhome.
