It has been a long time!! The last time we made a post here was March of 2011 and since then we have been extremely busy. When we got home from our annual trip south we proceeded to redo our home. From putting in new windows all the way around and new exterior doors, to basically tearing the inside apart & then put it back together.

Looking into the dining room. We put in 2 windows that are in the room & took out a glass sliding door and installed a new exterior door.

We installed new flooring throughout the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway and one bedroom. The fireplace painted, new hearth and mantel.
New kitchenWe were pretty well done with the renovations, with a few minor things left to do. Shortly after moving our belongings upstairs, I went to the hospital to have my left hip redone. While I am in the recovery mode, Marge finished moving us upstairs and cleaned the unit so it could be rented.
